An air
amplifier allows to perform dimensional and
geometric checks without direct contact with the part
to be measured.A suitable combination of various nozzles
and their pneumatic supply allows to carry out even
complex measurements, ranging from simple manual solutions
with just one air amplifier to automatic machines with
a rack of air amplifiers.
Air to electronic gauging technology is very useful to gauge mechanical components otherwise not reachable easily (e.g. deep holes with a small diameter).
